TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Open to all Brisbane-based businesses but excluding friends and relatives of Focussed Online. Each business may submit one entry. 2. Competition is conducted and judged by the staff of Focussed Online. 3. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. Competition closes 26 March, 2010. 5. The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone. 6. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to receive future emails from Focussed Online. 7. Focussed Online will not disclose to other organisations any entrant’s personal information. 8. Focussed Online accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. 9. Retail value of prize is approx $2,000. 10. The prize of a website does not include provision of, or costs associated with, a domain name or web hosting. 11. If for any reason a winner does not redeem the prize within 3 months, the winner will forfeit the prize and all claims to this prize; and the competition will be re-judged. 12. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 13. Any costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. 14. The winner must sign a standard web site agreement before the web site design process begins. 15. Focussed Online reserves the right to advertise the name and location of prize winner on its website. 16. Focussed Online does not accept responsibility for any associated costs for domain name registration or web hosting. 17. Focussed Online will not award the winning business a web site design which is pornographic, related to gambling or in any way a conduit for conducting illegal activities. 18. Focussed Online reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 19. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 20. All contestants release from, and indemnify Focussed Online against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in this competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise or from third party claims arising from the website.
